Privacy Policy for Ueue

Ueue (“the app”) is built and operated by Saif Siddiqui (“we”, “us”). This privacy policy describes how Ueue handles your information.

Short version

Ueue is a fully on-device app. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. Everything you save in the app — links, categories, sessions, reminders — stays on your device. There are no accounts, no servers we operate, no analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party SDKs that phone home with your data.

What information the app stores

The app stores the following information locally on your device, in a private SQLite database accessible only to the app:

• Links you save through the Android share sheet
• Categories you create
• Scheduled sessions and reminder times
• App settings and preferences

This data never leaves your device. We have no way to access it.

Permissions the app requests

Permission	Why
POST_NOTIFICATIONS	Show you the local reminders you scheduled inside the app.
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM	Trigger one-off reminders at the exact time you chose. Falls back to inexact alarms if denied.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED	Re-register your scheduled reminders after a device reboot, so they still fire.
REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS	Let you optionally exempt the app from aggressive battery optimization on some OEMs, so reminders aren’t silently killed. Only prompted from in-app settings.
INTERNET	Used to render link previews from URLs you save. No analytics or tracking calls.

None of these permissions are used to collect or transmit your personal data.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share any data with third parties because we do not collect any data to share.

When you tap a saved link, Android opens it in the destination app (YouTube, your browser, etc). That destination app’s own privacy policy governs what happens after the hand-off — Ueue is not involved.

Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from anyone. As stated above, the app does not collect personal information from any user.

Changes to this policy

If material changes are made to this policy, the “Last updated” date at the top will change and an updated version will be published at the same URL.
